Course Overview

Governments and public-sector organizations increasingly rely on complex technology solutions—spanning telecom, IT systems, cloud platforms, AI tools, and critical digital infrastructure. Poorly assessed technology risks or vendor choices can lead to security vulnerabilities, cost overruns, vendor lock-in, service failures, and national security concerns. This course equips participants with systematic frameworks and practical tools to identify, assess, and mitigate technology risks, and to evaluate vendors objectively and transparently. The focus is on governance, compliance, lifecycle risk management, and procurement best practices, supported by realistic evaluation labs and case studies.
