Course Overview

Satellite communications and Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN) are becoming integral to global connectivity, national security, and digital inclusion, complementing terrestrial 4G/5G networks. With the rise of LEO constellations, integrated 5G-NTN architectures, and dynamic spectrum sharing, governments face new regulatory, coordination, and spectrum management challenges. This course provides an end-to-end understanding of satellite systems, NTN integration with 5G, and future spectrum challenges, enabling participants to make informed policy, planning, and regulatory decisions for next-generation connectivity.
