Course Overview

The HCIA-Computing V3.0 is a 5-day professional course designed to provide a comprehensive foundation in enterprise server infrastructure. It covers the evolution of computing from general x86 architectures to the specialized Huawei Kunpeng ecosystem based on ARM architecture. Students will master server hardware components, BIOS and BMC management, and the practical skills required for physical installation, service deployment, and remote O&M (Operation and Maintenance). This course specifically emphasizes the transition toward diversified computing and the optimization of high-performance computing (HPC) solutions.

Course Outcomes

  • Identify and describe the functions of critical server components like CPU, RAM, and RAID controllers.
  • Manage server hardware remotely using the BMC (Baseboard Management Controller).
  • Understand the technical advantages and ecosystem of the Huawei Kunpeng processor architecture.
  • Perform physical server installation and cabling according to industry deployment standards.
  • Configure BIOS settings and initialize storage RAID levels for various server workloads.
  • Utilize Huawei O&M software for centralized management of multiple computing nodes.
